MUSICAL TERRORISTS Mission Statement - Our aim is to highlight music and musicians that challenge the establishment. We seek to use the Musical Terrorists section to bring attention to them, their cause and the cause of true freedom of speech in music. We aim to create a true anti-system 'Musical Jihad' against the Corporate industry and the System at large and will focus only on bands that are not afraid to speak out.

-ROCK 'N' ROLL REVOLUTION-
Music has so much to do with modern day life that to simply ignore it or count it out of or not a part of our cultural struggle would be ridiculous. Music has always influenced our people in many ways. Whether it be the nationalistic folk music that can be heard in many of the Irish Pub's, the counterculture "hippy music" that once motivated an entire generation of American youth against the Vietnam War, the anarchistic and anti-Capitalist sounds of Punk Rock, the "No Fences!" homesteader anthems of traditional and "Outlaw" Country Music or even the often Black Nationalist Rap anthems that many of our youth can now be heard thumping in their car stereos. One cannot deny that music does and will continue to take an important role in our lives and is a very influential media shaping the hearts and minds of many.
In the later case, it is obvious we should have been involved with music for sometime to try and promote a new revolutionary way of life, anti-system sounds and culturally sound folk music; music which "challenges the establishment," and does not "uphold it". Instead many complained that the "White bands" were all "reactionary," "right-wing," or that they "have no talent." And on the opposite side of the fence the cry is made that the "leftist" or anti-Capitalist songs all promoted destruction of cultures and herritage. Sad it is, that so often one can't help but agree with both comments. Our aim is to bring these critiques to a screaching hault and highlight bands that are doing something to bring about these changes and are using their talent to speak up and caring not about being labled "politically incorrect".
So it was decided, that we should do this section on music and how it relates to our struggle for our freedom, cultural identity, and social justice and use it to literally change the world and music scenes both. Quite a statement we know, and only with your help can this be done!
With your help, we can continue to showcase various others who share this goal, and most importantly give a voice to those who have and are taking a stand against the sellouts in the music business.
We are in need of lyrics to revolutionary songs, album reviews which speak out on the system at large or the policies of the Iron Heeled rulers, interviews with thought provoking musicians who are using their voice as a platform to speak out against injustice and even links to Alternative Music Sources that cater to such styles of music and are not afraid to sell politically incorrect music.
We intend to highlight others who are doing similar things concerning political music on all different fronts; to focus on anti-system music, bands or lyrics that go beyond left and rightwing politics, artists that use their voice to speak out against corporate greed, against police state tyranny, for social justice causes, for ecological and cultural sanity and musicians who need help in their efforts to bring attention to these causes.
Revolutionary sounding music and bands with lyrics to boot, anti-Capitalist System, and Folkish themed anthems are all part of our goals for the Musical Terrorism section of our site. This site is a collective and these things can only take place with your help!
